Is this program right for beginners?
Yes. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels with modifications included. You'll start where you are and progress at your own pace.
Do I need a gym?
No. You can do this at home with dumbbells or at a gym if you prefer.
How much time do I need each week?
Plan for 3β4 hours total: three 30β45 minute workouts, plus time for meal prep and habit work. Everything is self-paced and flexible.
What if I've tried programs before and they didn't work?
