I designed R.E.S.E.T. because I was tired of seeing women told they just need more discipline or willpower. You don't. You need systems that work for your actual life.

Is this program right for beginners?

Yes. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels with modifications included. You'll start where you are and progress at your own pace.

Do I need a gym?

No. You can do this at home with dumbbells or at a gym if you prefer.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan for 3–4 hours total: three 30–45 minute workouts, plus time for meal prep and habit work. Everything is self-paced and flexible.

What if I've tried programs before and they didn't work?

This isn't another restrictive, all-or-nothing program. R.E.S.E.T. is designed for real life. If you've quit before because life got hard, this is exactly what you need.

What if I miss a week?

Life happens. The program is self-paced, so you can catch up when you're ready. We build resilience into the system so you don't fall off track.

When does the program start?
