In my late 30s I was exhausted, uncomfortable in my body, and couldn't get my habits to stick — despite knowing better. As a Nurse Practitioner and mom of four, that was a frustrating place to be.

The standard advice wasn't cutting it. I needed something that actually fit my life, not a version of my life where I had extra time and unlimited energy.

So I built it. Through science-backed strategies I learned how to make exercise, nutrition, and sustainable habits work around a full schedule — not instead of one. My energy came back. My habits stuck. I started feeling like myself again.

That's what R.E.S.E.T. is built on — clinical knowledge, real experience, and a genuine understanding of what it takes to show up for yourself when life is already full.
