What does 1:1 coaching include?
Twelve 50-minute sessions plus my signature workbook and 6 week strength training program. You will have email access for support in between sessions.

It’s a 6-week plan for beginners/intermediate women with exercises, tracking, goal setting, nutrition, and mindset tips.
How personalized is the coaching?
Each offering is adaptable to fit your unique goals, lifestyle and challenges. the highest level of personalization is offered in 1:1 coaching.
